Color Wheel

Primary Colors :which are basic colors.

-Primary Colors of light are Red , green and Blue.

-Primary Colors of pigment are Red , Blue and Yellow.

Excersice: Mix all 3 primary colors together in equal proportion.It forms white .

Secondary Colors: Made by mixing any two primary colors.

-Secondary Colors are Violet , Orange and Green.

-Suppose a picture is painted in different tints and shades of only one color , the color scheme is known as monochrome colors. Ex.

Excersice: Mix all 3 primary colors together in equal proportion.It forms grey .

-Shades-Going from Top to bottom the darkness is adding in the color(hue).This is Shade of Pink.

-Tints-Going From Top to Bottom the whiteness is adding in the color(hue).This is Tint of Pink.

The above Tints and Shades are the monochrome colors of pink.
